Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Emergency Care (Fire/EMS) Sales Representative in the United States. You will promote and sell Emergency Care products—Defibrillators, AEDs, Chest Compression systems—and manage customer relationships while meeting assigned quotas through consultative pre-hospital selling.

You will become the resident Emergency Care expert, engaging fire chiefs, medical directors, and admins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel; up to 30% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Achieve assigned quota using consultative pre-hospital sales approach.
• Be the Emergency Care expert to engage fire chiefs, medical directors, instructors and admins.
• Provide highly responsive customer service and ensure on-time, accurate shipments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of market research, new product launches, P&L management, and field testing.
