Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative focused on Emergency Care products for pre-hospital providers. You will promote, demonstrate, and sell a range of devices including AEDs and defibrillators, building strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

The role requires a high school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. A valid Texas driver’s license is expected, with a company vehicle provided where needed.

• Promote and sell Emergency Care products to meet customers’ needs.
• Consultative approach to Pre-Hospital sales and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Achieve assigned quota through consultative pre-hospital sales and demonstrations.
• Build credibility with fire chiefs, medical directors, and administrators.
• Provide high levels of customer service and on-time shipments.
• Develop market insights and coordinate with marketing and support teams.
