Eaton’s Corporate Sector seeks a Manager, Supplier Development Engineering - Chemicals. This hybrid role can be located at Beachwood, OH; Charlotte, NC; Detroit/Jackson, MI; Moon Township, PA; Raleigh, NC; Peachtree City, GA. Travel up to 50% and relocation benefits within the U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of eight (8) years in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the supplier development strategy for regions, commodities, or business segments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supplier Development Engineers with clear performance expectations.
• Oversee supplier capability, manufacturing, and capacity risk assessments with proactive mitigation.
• Drive manufacturing excellence initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, process capability and quality tools.
• Lead assessment and management of supplier production capacity, scalability and readiness.
• Ensure suppliers are prepared for new product launches, capacity expansions and transitions.
• Establish processes for supplier capability assessments, audits, and development planning.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supplier Quality, Engineering, and PPAP/APQP to ensure readiness.
• Align supplier development priorities with business objectives across functions.
• Establish KPIs to monitor supplier development impact, risk reduction, and performance.
• Promote standardization and continuous improvement across the supplier network.
