Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, providing them with essential information about policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Training Coordination: Schedule and manage training sessions, identifying training needs and developing tailored programs.
• Online Training Management: Monitor and maintain the online training platform and content.
• Recertification Programs: Create and implement ALS and BLS recertification training programs.
• Quality Assurance: Audit EMS documentation and clinical performance to ensure compliance with protocols.
