Qualifications

• Strong leadership with a track record in EMS education.
• Experience developing EMT/Paramedic curricula and assessments.
• Ability to lead and mentor EMS educators.
• Knowledge of MIEMSS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capability to work across multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EMS education programs including EMT and Paramedic courses.
• Provide oversight of classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical experiences.
• Lead workforce development initiatives for ~800 EMS providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and educational excellence.
• Collaborate with EMS educators for orientation, remediation, and continuing education.
• Engage in community outreach and public education events.
• Maintain certifications and participate in ongoing professional development.
