Job summary

Priority Ondemand seeks an experienced EMS Education Coordinator to oversee the New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) and EMS Academy instruction, either in-house or via contracted partners.

The role coordinates continuing education for certification, licensure, and renewals, and maintains a comprehensive training-record system. You will coordinate training budgets, participate in external training, and mentor field staff on documentation and clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Meets EMT requirements and maintains ongoing certification.
• Licensed Paramedic or Registered Nurse with current credentials.
• Four+ years EMS training experience; instructor certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NEOP and EMS Academy instruction, in-house or contracted.
• Coordinate and conduct continuing education for certification, licensure and renewals.
• Maintain training records and track staff progress; manage scheduling of CE courses.
