Job summary

Priority Ondemand seeks an experienced training administrator to oversee the New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) and EMS Academy instruction, whether in-house or offsite. You will coordinate continuing education for certification, licensure, and renewals, and administer a recordkeeping system to track training participation and progress.

• EMT requirements must be current and in good standing.
• Ability to teach and provide training to adult learners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience organizing training programs and keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NEOP and EMS Academy instruction, in-house or offsite.
• Coordinate continuing education for certification, licensure, and renewals.
• Maintain training records and track participation and progress.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and HR for policy alignment and CQI.
