Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic EMT certification or LPN licensure required in Ohio.
• Familiarity with database and spreadsheet software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs EMS communications and transports to appropriate resources efficiently.
• Obtains and documents clinical information from referring parties and communicates to EMS staff.
• Activates trauma paging for Level I/II alerts and coordinates medical control.
• Documents activities in logs and databases; supports monthly reports.
• Assists in training new staff and maintains accurate EMS run sheets.
