Qualifications

• EMD certification required or within 6 months of employment.
• Healthcare Provider certification (American Heart Association) within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record and dispatch ambulance requests from multiple sources.
• Direct all incoming calls to appropriate service level.
• Coordinate EMS resources and flight following as needed.
• Maintain accurate shift paperwork and data entry.
• Communicate clearly under stress and operate radio/telephone equipment professionally.
