Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and operations of EMS dispatch personnel.
• Ensure staffing coverage 24/7 and crisis action decisions.
• Monitor calls for service and enforce rules and procedures.
• Assist manager with schedules and staffing needs.
• Complete safety logs and reports timely.
• Fills in for Communications Operations as needed.
• Apply applicable laws, codes and regulations.
