• Dispatch communication with EMS personnel and teams.
• Supervise dispatch staff and provide training as needed.
• Record-keeping in CAD systems and related software.
• Handle multiple calls and prioritize incidents simultaneously.
• Monitor remote dispatch sites and manage distributed teams.
• Maintain compliant call taking and dispatch practices.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Stay current with EMS laws and regulations.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports and analyze data.
