NTT DATA Services is recruiting for a call center agent to support our Provider Clinical Service Desk. The role requires shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a 24x7 support model for healthcare customers using Epic, Cerner, McKesson and Meditech.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of service desk / helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a 24x7 call center environment
• Respond to healthcare customers regarding clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson and Meditech
• Document comments and close or escalate incident tickets promptly
• Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk
• Maintain quiet, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Travel up to 10% and lift up to 25 lbs when needed
