Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas seeks a passionate Special Education Teacher to empower students and support schools. You will develop IEPs, deliver differentiated instruction in inclusion and resource settings, and monitor progress with data-driven strategies.

You’ll collaborate with general education staff, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families, participate in ARD meetings, and promote positive behavior with BIPs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Texas EC-12 Special Education Certification.
• Knowledge of IDEA and ARD processes; CPR certification preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Develop IEPs with ARD committee tailored to each student.
• Deliver differentiated instruction in inclusion and resource rooms.
• Monitor student progress with data analysis and adjust instruction.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and classroom management strategies.
• Support students’ growth with accommodations and modifications.
