Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support diverse learners and help schools achieve their goals. You will develop IEPs with ARD, deliver differentiated instruction, monitor progress, and collaborate with teams to maximize student growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven instruction, behavior support, and inclusive practices, with flexible scheduling options and comprehensive benefits. A Texas EC-12 certificate is required or in process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Texas EC-12 Certification in Special Education (TEA).
• Knowledge of IDEA and ARD process.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop IEPs with ARD committee to tailor programs for each student.
• Deliver differentiated instruction in inclusion and resource settings.
• Monitor progress with data to ensure IEP goals are met.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families.
• Promote positive behavior through BIPs and classroom management.
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
