Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Texas Educator Certification in Special Education (EC-12).
• Knowledge of IDEA and ARD process; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop IEPs in collaboration with the ARD committee.
• Deliver differentiated instruction in inclusion and resource settings.
• Monitor and analyze student progress toward IEP goals.
• Collaborate with general educators, paraprofessionals, and families to support students.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and classroom management strategies.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
