Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy under supervision.

You will collaborate with BCBA, collect data, and maintain a positive environment while supporting families. A valid RBT certification or eligibility is required, with a high school diploma, and a passion for helping children.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
