Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.

Applicants should have an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a HS diploma (Bachelor's in psychology/education a plus), and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a passion for helping families are essential for collaboration with supervising BCBA and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligible to obtain.
• Education: HS diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience: Experience with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervisor.
• Collect data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers to support skills.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
