• Assists the teacher in establishing a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
• Consults with teacher on plans and curriculum activities.
• Prepares and maintains classroom materials and supplies.
• Attends staff meetings, workshops, and mandated trainings.
• Observes each child’s strengths and sets individual goals.
• Supports cultural and linguistic diversity in the classroom.
• Helps implement curriculum activities across developmental areas.
• Collaborates with the teacher to involve parents in the program.
