Job summary

Amivie, LLC is seeking DSPs to provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health or substance use needs. You will assist with daily living activities, document in the EHR, and help individuals engage with community programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully complete all background checks.
• Must successfully complete health screening (TB screening).

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with goal completion as per individualized support plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) based on individual needs.
• Safely transport individuals in company or personal vehicles.
• Accompany individuals to community integration activities.
• Complete all required documentation in the EHR timely.
• Engage with individuals in home and community.
• Uphold and advocate for individual rights at all times.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
