• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) based on individual needs/plan.
• Administer prescribed medications to individuals after training.
• Safely transport individuals in company vehicles for community integration.
• Complete all required documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) timely.
• Prepare meals and snacks as directed.
• Assist individuals with goal completion and engagement.
• Uphold individual rights and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and report maintenance concerns.
