Amivie, LLC is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use recovery. You will build supportive relationships, support daily living activities, and help individuals achieve personalized goals.

Responsibilities include helping with ADLs, transportation, documenting care in the EHR, and ensuring safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete background checks.
• Must successfully complete health screening (TB).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with goal completion per the individualized support plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) based on individual needs.
• Safely transport individuals in company or personal vehicles.
• Accompany individuals to community integration activities.
• Complete required documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Actively engage with individuals in home and community.
• Uphold and advocate for individual rights; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical interactions.
• DSPs are mandated reporters and must report abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
• Administer prescribed medications upon completion of training.
• Must remain awake, alert, and capable of physical duties as required.
