Amivie, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide direct care and support for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or Developmental Disabilities, mental health, and/or substance use concerns in home and community settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting in EHR, transporting individuals, and promoting independence while ensuring safety, privacy, and ethical boundaries in all interactions.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully complete all background checks.
• Must successfully complete health screening (TB) where required.

Mansioni

• Assist individuals with goals in the individualized support plan.
• Provide ADL assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, meals, etc.).
• Safely transport individuals in company or personal vehicles.
• Accompany individuals to community integration activities.
• Complete required EHR documentation in a timely manner.
• Engage with individuals in home and community.
• Uphold rights and confidentiality per HIPAA and maintain privacy.
• Adhere to policies and professional boundaries and report suspected abuse/neglect/exploitation.
• Administer prescribed medications after training.
• Must be proficient with technology.
• Must remain awake and alert for shifts; meet physical demands of the role.
