Job summary

The Southern California Pipe Trades Administrative Corporation in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a full-time Employer Services Analyst to join the team. This non-exempt role supports the Employer Services Department, analyzes contributions, and handles collections with a focus on excellent service to contributing employers.

The successful candidate will process monthly contributions, pursue delinquent accounts, and assist audits while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of procedures and contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, understand and explain legal contracts preferred.
• Knowledge of Taft-Hartley employee benefits plans helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contributions for the Employer Services Department.
• Provide support to employers and undertake collections from delinquent employers.
• Process monthly contributions for SCPT.
• Pursue collections from delinquent employers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support audits and collections; maintain knowledge of procedures.
• Management may assign other responsibilities based on abilities.
