Job summary

The Laborers Funds Administrative Office of Northern California, Inc. in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an Employee Service Analyst to support member benefits through employer contributions and receivables processing.

You will analyze unapplied receivables and assist the collections staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will provide oversight to account receivable operations, process various cash receipts, and collaborate with Field Agents, Attorneys, and other offices.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Typing and data entry accuracy.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Basys software and ClickUp applications.
• Experience with multiple payroll systems.
• Knowledge of labor/tax laws and ability to understand contracts.

Responsibilities

• Process employer contribution reports.
• Process employers' physical/electronic payments.
• Research credits and process refunds.
• Provide employers with project status letters, releases, etc.
• Analyze and bill missing check stub hours.
• Research and analyze employer adjustments.
• Manage daily bank reports.
• Set up new Employer Accounts.
• Coordinate and maintain employers on the Employer Portal.
• Pursue collection of delinquent contribution reports and payment shortages.
• Work with Field Agents, other departments, and Associations.
• Work closely with Attorneys on Civil accounts and procedures.
• Analyze and bill certified payroll record hours and audit findings.
• Occasionally work with other administering offices on Reciprocal hours.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Employer Services Managers/Director.
