Job summary

Clark Associates is seeking an ES Generalist to provide on-site, front-line employee support in a fast-paced distribution center. You will help with onboarding, new hire check-ins, and basic benefits assistance while ensuring compliant, consistent HR processes across shifts.

You will collaborate with ESBP and operations leaders to collect documentation, support policy guidance, and track ES metrics such as attendance and training compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience handling onboarding check-ins and new hire paperwork.
• Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line ES support and answer employee questions.
