Job summary

Clark Associates is seeking an ES Generalist to provide on-site, front-line employee support in a fast-paced distribution center. You will perform core ES processes, maintain accurate records, help with onboarding check-ins, and assist with benefits questions and policy guidance.

You will collaborate with the ESBP and operations leaders to ensure compliant, positive employee relations, run routine documentation, track onboarding and training milestones, and support leave administration as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR operations in large-scale environments.
• Ability to manage onboarding tasks, badges, and HR documentation.
• Basic understanding of employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Familiarity with HRIS updates and compliance tasks (I-9, postings).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent floor presence to answer employee questions and provide first-line ES support.
• Execute onboarding checks, badge distribution, postings, and employee assistance.
• Support engagement activities and track participation.
• Assist investigations by organizing documentation and maintaining records.
• Monitor attendance trends and support return-to-work conversations.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and escalate complex issues to the ESBP.
• Maintain employee files, HRIS updates, and required documentation.
• Track ES metrics such as turnover, onboarding completion, and training compliance.
• Provide basic benefits support and coordinate leave with centralized teams.
• Partner with Recruiting and Training & Development for smooth onboarding.
• Support new manager training and system navigation.
