Qualifications

• Basic HR tasks including onboarding check-ins and documentation.
• Support engagement by coordinating logistics and tracking participation.
• Provide managers with policy interpretation and ES procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee files and records in HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor presence to answer employee questions and provide first-line ES support.
• Execute onboarding check-ins, badge distribution, communications postings, and onboarding tasks.
• Support investigations by organizing documentation and maintaining records.
• Monitor attendance trends and assist with return-to-work conversations.
