Job summary

Clark Associates is seeking an ES Generalist to provide on-site HR support in a fast-paced distribution center. The role focuses on day-to-day employee services, onboarding, and benefits-related tasks, while ensuring compliant, accurate records across shifts.

The position reports to the ESBP and collaborates with operations leaders to maintain a positive work environment, handle employee questions, and support investigations and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Answer employee questions and provide first-line ES support.
• Conduct onboarding check-ins, badge distribution, postings, and Eis/employee assistance.
• Build relationships across departments to understand employee needs and share observations with ESBP.
• Coordinate engagement activities logistics, materials, and participation tracking.
• Provide managers with policy interpretation and ES procedures guidance.
• Assist ESBP-led investigations by organizing documentation and maintaining records.
• Monitor attendance trends and assist with return-to-work conversations and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate employee files, HRIS updates, and required postings.
• Support basic benefits questions and coordinate with Leave Administration for leaves.
