Job summary

Clark Associates is seeking an ES Generalist to provide on-site, front-line HR support in a fast-paced distribution center. You will handle onboarding, benefits questions, leave coordination, and basic employee relations while ensuring compliant, consistent processes across all shifts.

You will maintain HR records, assist with investigations as needed, and partner with operations leaders to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Front-line HR support including onboarding logistics and new-hire check-ins.
• Basic benefits and leave support, including open enrollment assistance.
• Employee relations support and policy guidance.
• Accurate documentation and HRIS updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor presence to answer employee questions and provide ES support.
• Execute onboarding check-ins, badge distribution, postings, and basic assistance.
• Build cross-department relationships to understand employee needs and report trends to the ESBP.
• Coordinate engagement activities and track participation.
• Provide managers with policy interpretation and ES procedures support.
• Support investigations by organizing documentation and maintaining records.
• Monitor attendance trends and assist with return-to-work conversations and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee files, HRIS updates, and required postings.
• Provide basic benefits support and coordinate with Leave Administration for leave information.
• Support onboarding with Recruiting and Training for pre-employment and day-one processes.
• Track ES trainings and onboarding milestones and assist new managers with ES processes.
