Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical HR guidance, conduct investigations, and advise on disciplinary actions and termination procedures.

This role collaborates with Legal, Labor Relations and HR Business Partners to resolve complex employee relations issues and mitigate legal risk. Responsibilities include managing investigations in ServiceNow/Navex, analyzing trends to guide operational decisions, and delivering high-quality HR support across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or, additional four years of required experience.
• Five or more years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations, developing investigation plans, and conducting timely investigations in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Provide supervisors and managers with policy interpretation regarding conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
• Partner with Operational Management, HRBPs, Labor Relations and Legal teams to create solutions to complex Employee Relations situations.
• Deliver high-quality HR support through performance management and compliance, including union CBA considerations where applicable.
