The position focuses on partnering with leaders, managing investigations, and driving succession and retention initiatives in a collaborative, high-visibility environment with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigations background.
• Experience supporting professional services organizations is required.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and sound judgment.
• Bachelor's degree required.

This is a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting a professional employee population while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent strategy.

What You'll Do
