Job summary

The Christman Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction efforts. You will coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to manage schedules, budgets, risk, and change orders from bid through project closeout.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree in CM or related field, at least five years of leadership experience in commercial construction, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field required.
• Minimum five years of commercial construction leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; MS 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with owners, architects, and subs on scope, schedule, budget, and change orders.
• Define scope of work and deliverables for projects.
• Plan staffing and schedules for each project phase.
• Prepare bid packages and manage CM bid process.
• Lead trade contractor relations and pre/post bid meetings.
• Coordinate planning services with Project Planning Leader.
• Ensure timely processing of project documents and change orders.
• Maintain client relationships through project warranty period.
