Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance project teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, schedules, costs, and change management.
• Define scope, staffing, and work plans for each project phase; prepare bid packages and manage CM bid process.
• Build and maintain client relationships through project warranty period; lead risk and logistics communications.
