Job summary

The Christman Company is seeking a Project Manager for large-scale commercial construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth region. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate trade contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on complex projects.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and at least five years in a leadership role on commercial projects, with readiness to drive results and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role as a Foreman or Superintendent.
• Completion of classes or training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication.

Responsibilities

• Review documents for constructability, phasing, site logistics and safety.
• Coordinate trade contractors to develop work plans and progress meetings.
• Oversee safety programs, site safety orientation, and daily safety inspections.
• Authorize purchase requisitions and manage submittals and progress reports.
• Plan site logistics, manage schedule alignment, and ensure quality expectations.
