Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of commercial construction leadership experience.
• Completion of classes or training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, timetables, costs, and change management.
• Define scope of work and deliverables; determine staffing and schedules for each phase.
• Prepare bid packages, manage CM bid process and post-bid reviews.
• Lead trade contractor relations and oversee project planning services with the Planning Leader.
• Review client needs and ensure proper service by Christman team and subcontractors.
• Clarify expectations in written documents and at pre-bid/post-bid meetings.
