The Christman Company in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial construction projects as an employee‑owner. You will supervise teams, coordinate with owners, architects, and subs, and drive risk, cost, and schedule management from preconstruction through warranty.

You will define work scope, staff projects, prepare bid packages, and guide post‑bid reviews while sustaining strong client relations and safety standards across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Ten years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role.
• Five of those years in Project Management or leadership.
• Experience leading projects valued $10M+ in commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, schedule, costs, and change management.
• Define scope of work and deliverables; prepare bid documents and manage the CM bid process.
• Establish goals for schedule, safety, accounting, and data reporting; maintain client relationships.
