Job summary

The Christman Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for large commercial projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth, TX area. You will lead high-performance teams, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and manage scope, schedule, and budget to deliver successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of ten years in commercial construction, with at least five in leadership roles, and a proven ability to drive results on multi-million dollar projects while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum ten years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 in a PM/lead role.
• Completion of classes in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performance teams through supervision, training, mentoring.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, timetables, budgets, and change management.
• Define scope and deliverables for projects.
• Establish staffing requirements and work plans for each project phase.
• Oversee bid processes and post-bid reviews.
