Job summary

The Christman Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for large construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth, TX area. You will lead high-performance teams, manage owner communications, and drive project planning from estimating through warranty.

Candidates should have 10+ years in commercial construction with 5+ years in PM leadership handling multiple complex projects, including those valued at $10M+. Advanced training in CM/PM/Safety/Communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience in leadership roles.
• 5+ years in PM or leadership leading multiple, large projects.
• Experience with projects valued $10M+ in multiple markets.
• Formal training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead in developing high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, timetables, costs, and change management.
• Define scope of work and deliverables for projects.
• Determine staffing needs and establish work plans for each project phase.
• Prepare bid packages and manage CM bid process including post-bid reviews.
• Oversee bid team participation and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage client relationships from contract through warranty period.
• Coordinate planning services (estimating, scheduling, VE, reporting) with Planning Leader.
• Review and process project information documents, change orders, and bulletins.
