Austin Commercial is seeking a Safety Manager for our North Texas Division to lead site safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance. You will train project staff, review incidents, and build relationships with subcontractors and vendors to promote safe work practices.

Qualifications

• OSHA 510 certification and current OSHA 500 trainer status.
• Five years of general contractor safety leadership experience.
• BS in Occupational Safety and Health or BCSP certification plus experience.
• CPR and First Aid current; SWPP knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manages the site safety program on assigned project.
• Educates and trains project staff on safety laws and company policies.
• Builds relationships with staff and subcontractor safety reps.
• Creates safety reports and investigation documents.
• Leads safety trainings aligned with project schedules.
• Represents the company professionally with owners and subs.
• Ensures compliance with safety manuals and expectations.
