Qualifications

• 2+ years of organized, friendly customer service experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Strong writing and documentation skills; good speaking ability.
• Ability to learn new skills and take on responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Background check satisfactory; negative drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality telephone service and route calls to requested destinations following security procedures.
• Assist in finding technical coverage and creating cases in SEL’s business systems; share customer feedback with regional leadership.
• Engage in customer support activities including entry of sales orders, RMAs, and routing of quotation and support emails.
• Manage account information: grant access, change passwords, unlock accounts, update information per security protocols.
• Assist in creation of company accounts and conversion of customer leads in SEL’s systems.
• Initiate process improvement suggestions.
• Follow SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Other duties as assigned (office administration and support duties).
