Qualifications

• 2+ years of organized, friendly customer service experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong writing and documentation abilities.
• Ability to learn new skills and take on responsibilities.
• Team-oriented and cooperative work style.
• Background check satisfactory to SEL; negative drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telephone service to customers, suppliers, employees, and community members and route calls per security procedures.
• Assist in finding technical coverage and creating cases in SEL’s systems; share customer feedback with regional leadership.
• Engage in customer support activities including entry of sales orders, RMAs, and routing of emails.
• Manage customer accounts information including passwords, access changes, and data updates per security protocols.
• Assist in creating company accounts and converting customer leads in SEL’s systems.
• Propose process improvements to enhance operations.
• Adhere to SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Other duties as assigned (including office administration and support).
