Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance across a multi-family portfolio. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and appliances while delivering safe, high-quality homes for residents.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related trades, HVAC/EPA certifications preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related experience required.
• Intermediate level understanding and experience in basic trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.
• HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances (plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, electrical).
• Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance in homes and common areas.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours and on-call service requests as needed.
• Maintain and update service requests using Yardi Mobile until completion.
• Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers and supervisors and adhere to safety regulations.
