Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience required.
• Certifications preferred HVAC and EPA.
• Strong communication and ability to work with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, appliance repair and electrical tasks.
• Perform installations, service repairs, and preventive maintenance in homes, common areas and grounds.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours and manage work orders.
