Job summary

LJA Land Development is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects in residential, multi-family, and commercial land development. You will oversee site layouts, stormwater, grading, utilities, and road design while coordinating a team of engineers and CAD staff.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering and a PE license, with at least 6+ years in land development. This employee-owned firm offers growth, extensive training, and opportunities across 100 locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct large engineering projects with complex features.
• Lead a team of engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce plans and reports.
• Analyze project scope and client RFPs; organize work to meet deadlines within budget.
• Apply advanced civil engineering techniques in site and land development.
• Communicate with staff, clients, authorities, and consultants for project coordination.
