LJA Land Development division seeks a Project Engineer to lead site development and permitting for nationally recognized brands. You will manage projects from due diligence through construction, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and guiding regulatory approvals across multiple jurisdictions.

Candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, and 6+ years’ experience with grading, drainage, and stormwater regulations. Strong relationship skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of post‑graduate experience in civil/land development.
• Strong background in grading, drainage, and stormwater design.
• Ability to lead site development from due diligence to construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development and permitting for retail, restaurant, and commercial brands.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across jurisdictions.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate internal clients.
