LJA Land Development is seeking a Project Manager to interpret, organize, and coordinate engineering projects with significant impact on major programs. You will lead EITs, designers, and CAD drafters to deliver construction plans and reports for residential and commercial projects.

Required are a BS in Civil Engineering and PE licensure, plus 6+ years of land development experience and strong client relationships. This role emphasizes collaboration across multiple states and agencies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of land development experience.
• Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer designation is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct large engineering projects with complex features.
• Lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD drafters to produce construction plans and reports.
• Analyze project scope, client RFPs and firm proposals; organize work and establish procedures.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques and practices in a specialized field.
• Interact with client and consultants with strong communication skills.
