LJA Land Development in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Project Manager to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate engineering projects with significant impact on major programs. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage client relationships while delivering high-quality construction plans and reports.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, PE license, 6+ years of land development experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct a large engineering project with complex features.
• Lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans and reports.
• Analyze project scope, RFPs, and proposals; organize work and set procedures.
