Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer certification required.
• 6+ years of land development experience.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct large, complex land development projects.
• Lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans and reports.
• Analyze project scope, RFPs, and firm proposals; organize work procedures.
• Maintain clear client and consultant communication.
