Job summary

LJA Engineering, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Land Development to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate engineering projects with significant impact.

You will lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to deliver plans and reports for residential and commercial projects. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a licensed PE, with 6+ years in land development and strong client relationship skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
6+ years of land development experience.
Ability to build strong relationships.
Commercial experience required; broad experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and direct large engineering projects with complex features.
Lead a team of EITs, designers and CAD draftsmen to deliver construction plans and reports.
Analyze project scope, RFPs and firm proposals to organize work and procedures.
Apply advanced engineering theory and practices to project challenges.
Interact with clients and consultants with strong communication.
