Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale, mission-critical data center projects with an emphasis on BAS/BMS, EPMS, DAS, and related interfaces. You will collaborate with seasoned teams, craft professionals, and trade partners to deliver complex projects safely and on schedule.

This role requires strong leadership, planning, communication, and safety-first mindset, with travel to project locations nationwide and on-site responsibilities in the Midwest

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. An equivalent combination of a high school degree with training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Seven years industry experience and four years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups is essential. Proven experience leading field operations on large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, manufacturing, power, or data center construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, sequencing, and productivity management.
• Experience overseeing structural steel erection activities and coordinating complex trade interfaces.
• Demonstrated leadership of self-perform construction crews.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, construction planning, site logistics, and safety management.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large-scale mission-critical projects with a heavy focus on BAS/BMS, EPMS, DAS, Security, Telecom, Fire Alarm, and the interfaces that occur with other MEP/FP systems.
• Coordinate with craft professionals, project teams, owners, and trade partners to safely deliver projects that demand precision, quality, and schedule certainty.
• Plan, communicate, and coordinate multiple scopes in an ever-changing construction environment to ensure successful project delivery.
